En la ciudad de las oportunidades la vida sobre ruedas no es lo que parece, así como una nota periodística o un poco de humor negro puede ser bien interpretado y aceptado por muchos, habrá cierta discrepancia entre otros miles que no están desacuerdo por sus negras y difíciles experiencias entorno al tema. De esta manera es como se inicia la configuración de un imaginario, a través de las representaciones y las experiencias en torno a un tema o un lugar para este caso particular. Nuestras experiencias y representaciones construyen un imaginario, una imagen solida y sentimental de un lugar, pero este imaginario no solo puede ser construido desde las experiencias en primera persona, también se configura a través de las experiencias de terceros, como relatos, fotografías, experiencias de otras personas que llegan a oídos nuestros; al igual que adoptar una impresión de un lugar desde un autobús, a vivir el lugar desde un medio de transporte mas próximo como lo es la bicicleta. Las experiencias, impresiones, representaciones e imaginarios obtenidos o construidos desde el marco de una bicicleta suelen ser menos sesgados que los construidos por relatos o experiencias ajenas; así mismo una ciudad es vivida y sentida diferente desde un par de llantas. Bogotá, the world capital of the bicycle; the most “pedal-able” city in the world. In the city of opportunities, life on wheels is not what it seems, just as a journalistic note or a bit of black humor can be well interpreted and accepted by many, there will be a certain discrepancy among thousands of others who do not agree for their black and difficult experiences around the subject. This is how the configuration of an imaginary begins, through representations and experiences around a theme or a place for this particular case. Our experiences and representations build an imaginary, a solid and sentimental image of a place, but this imaginary can not only be built from firstperson experiences, it is also configured through the experiences of third parties, such as stories, photographs, experiences of other people who come to our attention; as well as adopting an impression of a place from a bus, to experience the place from a closer means of transport such as the bicycle. The experiences, impressions, representations and imaginaries obtained or constructed from the frame of a bicycle tend to be less lost than those constructed by stories or other people's experiences; Likewise, a city is experienced and felt differently from a pair of tires.
